Amy along with the whole experience will forever be part of our family and it was simply amazing. We have all intentions to be back there asap.

Hearing the waves from the balcony was very soothing. Home was great and easy drive into Redhook for all shopping/dining needs. 2 restaurants on the beach was a plus as well.

We picked this property based on the prior reviews, pictures, and amenities. It delivered: we enjoyed mornings on the deck looking at the water; easy access to a variety of beaches; and, food--both grocery and restaurants. The size and layout of the unit with the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, which for us was focused on going to the beach. This is what we knew the kids loved, and each day it was tough getting them out of the water.

I thought the place was ideal for our group of two couples. Beautiful view, nice balcony, and space was well laid out . Staisha was quick to respond to us. About 10 minutes to Red Hook so a great location for us.

Amy's condo was perfect for our family of 4 vacation. Great location, beach, and pool area. Her description of the condo is very accurate. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning drinking my coffee and watching the sea turtles in the bay. Amy was very helpful in answering any questions and helping us book several activities for our stay. I would definitely recommend her condo to anyone!

We loved our visit to Amy's condo! The view was gorgeous--we were right on top of the water and could see fish, sea turtles, and rays swimming in the water below us. Amazing! Our kids loved the pool and beach--we visited in March and the water was warm. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the large laundry room which I used a lot. Renters with mobility issues should be warned that there are a lot of stairs required to reach the condo, beach, pool, etc., so this property would not be suitable for them. There is also no tub, only showers. These were ok for us--our youngest is 2.75 years old and handled the stairs fine. We loved this condo as a home base to visit nearby beaches--there was excellent snorkeling at Sapphire Beach and Secret Harbor Beach as well as at this condo along the rocks under the unit. Would recommend making dinner reservations in advance--restaurants were busy during our visit. Overall, excellent stay and highly recommend!

Super impressed with the property! Location is great so close to Red Hook for dinner and drinks. This was our second time in St Thomas and this is how the standard of how to do it! First trip was a hotel all inclusive but this was SO much better! Father had his own room and bathroom and sisters had the other room and bathroom. Super clean. We went to other beaches during the beginning, then realized our property had EVERYTHING. The beach there is great, had chairs, pool was amazing when you needed to cool off. Had a pool bar open. And two different restaurants onsite. It was amazing. Amy wrote my dad and my sister a birthday card which was SUPER sweet. She setup a Neptune fishing excursion. Amazing. Captain Jeff was great and we caught a wahoo and barracudas! Thanks for that Amy!

Location was fabulous, listing accurately reflected the property, and host and team were attentive and quick to respond. Lovely vacation for the family!

The place is exactly as described. Perfect location in the middle of everything we wanted to do! Amy was great in communication from the time I booked all the way through! The food at both restaurants on site was fantastic. I would definitely recommend, as we felt very safe in the condo as well as on property, which is a great feeling for traveling four women!!

Overall, the condo we stayed in was a great experience. The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo itself was clean and well-kept from the inside to outside. This condo was also well-equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a fulfilled vacation here. Amy was also very generous and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to experience a beautiful and relaxing stay in St. Thomas!

Overall we enjoyed our time here. The beds were good and the kitchen well equipped for our stay. The beach and pool and pool bar on property were great. We went into Red Hook several times for dinner. The balcony was a bit warm and we had to use the fan in order to spend time out there. I would stay in that unit or another on property again if we decide to go to St Thomas again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend booking here. Everything was exactly as described and it fit our family of 6 perfectly. The location and views were amazing! All the little thoughful details and things included were so helpful, pool toys, cooler, beach chairs etc. Amy was so helpful and kind through the whole process and we have so many wonderful memories from our stay here

From booking to checkout Amy was amazing. She walked me through the process and was patient with all my questions. The condo was exactly what the photos showed. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids are 18 and 25 and they each had a bed with the way the guest bedroom was designed. Having 2 bathrooms was great. I enjoyed quiet morning on the balcony lounge chairs listening to the waves crash. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked breakfast and some dinner meals there. LOVED having a washer and dryer in the condo. Did my typical one load of laundry per day and by the time we left we didn’t have to pack a suitcase of just dirty clothes. When people ask about our trip we say it was laid back and relaxing. Just what we needed. Thanks for the great memories.

My wife and I stayed here with our 4 year old and 1.5 year old. We all had an excellent time. Some of our favorite moments were eating together on the deck, overlooking Cowpet Bay. Quiet and relaxing. Easy enough to get around. Very clean condo. They have everything you need for cooking, the beach, and even some fun extras. 10/10, would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙂

The apartment was clean and spacious, the separate bedrooms/bathrooms was very nice. Plenty of kitchen equipment to stay in and cook. Close to the beach and pool and the large patio was a bonus.

Great place to stay at beautiful view. Highly recommend especially if you just wanna chill and not have to go to many places you have everything you need here... beach, pool, restaurants. Father-in-law didn’t leave the place. Again highly recommend the place.

Just what we were looking for. This condo has everything you need from stocked kitchen to beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and toys. The view of Cowpet Bay from this unit is incredible, water is just below your balcony. The property is very well maintained and surprisingly quite. On site beach, restaurants, and pool are all top notch and easily walkable from the condo. The property Host, Amy was awesome. Answered all my questions before and during our stay. Perfect family vacation.

The property and the owners made for a perfect vacation. The emails from Amy helped answer a lot of questions about the island before we arrived making for a stress free arrival. The property is on a beautiful, quiet, and well kept beach. There was plenty to do nearby. Almost everything we needed for the week was already at the condo. Thanks for a lovely week!!

Property was everything as described!! View from the balcony is amazing and Amy checked in on us several times throughout the week to see if we needed anything and was accessible if we needed to ask about anything. Kitchen well equipped. White sandy beach with lounge chairs for free use. Condo also has beach chairs to take out and about with you for exploring, snorkeling gear and a big cooler on wheels. Location great to drive into Red Hook for shopping and restaurants, and car ferry to take over to St John.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is in a great location with both pool and beach access. It’s just a quick drive into Red Hook where you can find many restaurants and a grocery store. The balcony is great for taking in the views… just make sure to remember to wear bug spray. The snorkeling at this beach is pretty good! The condo is appointed with a kitchen and Amy provides beach towels, snorkeling gear, and other conveniences to make your vacation so easy to enjoy! The condo has a/c as well. This is a great condo for a family or friends getaway with it being set up as 2 bed/2 bath with the 2nd bedroom having 2 beds. Great place!

Needed a vacation from the rat-race of life and found Amy's place. The condo was perfect for our needs...clean, well-appointed, and the view was amazing. It is in a perfect location to make island exploring accessible. Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful in communicating with us prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful island escape and we would be happy to return; hopefully some day soon.

We loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as described and had every that we needed for a weeklong stay. Our party included two adult couples and both rooms where perfectly arranged for this. We spent most of our time in on the beach at Cowpet Bay as the weather was perfect and the beach was almost entirely empty. The location was perfect and I do not understand why Cowpet Bay is not talked about more online. The beach is home to 2 restaurants (Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria's) and we suggest going to both. It is also an easy 5 minute drive to Red Hook where you can get everything else that you need. As a host, Amy goes above and beyond and provided every bit of information I could ever as for, even answering last minute questions while we where already there. The condo was very clean and well equipment with beach/snorkel /floating equipment as well. Truly, I could not say a bad thing about our stay.

This place is simply wonderful. Great for a medium to small family. Communication with the host was great, check-in was seamless. Picture perfect view of Cowpet Bay from the balcony. Area has two restaurants onsite, great cocktails, and food. This place is an easy pick to say yes to.

We absolutely loved our stay! I cannot say enough about Amy and her attention to detail. The condo was beautiful, clean, and all the extra touches made our stay one of the best family vacations to date. The snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs, coolers, beach bag, laundry and toiletries saved us so much money. She has thought of everything you need to relax and have fun! We will be back!

We were very pleased with this condo. Very roomy. Nice decor. Clean property inside and out. Condo has everything you need for a fun relaxing week on beach. The location is close to restaurants and the grocery store. It's very family friendly with beach and snorkeling right to left side of beach. Pool is nice as well. We loved looking at the tortoises by office. Amy the property manager was excellent! On site food and drinks great! We loved our stay there. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Family of 3 (mom, dad, teen) stayed at this home for a week in June 2021. Home looked and smelled very clean, and was well-equipped with supplies to keep it that way during our stay. Kitchen went a bit beyond the basics and suited us for the few meals we prepared there. Also a weber gas grill out front, for whatever steaks or seafood look good at the market. Thr front closet has some pool and beach toys, including "noodles" which do not require inflation. There is a cooler available for use, but only 2 small cooler packs, so we created our own using frozen water bottles that we could drink from as they thawed. Individual climate control for the bedrooms was a plus for our family, and the units were very responsive. Easy walk (but with about 30 stairs) to beach and pool. The small beachside restaurant served breakfast and lunch, food good but service inconsistent. A small but well-stocked market is rather close (Moe's), which has a number of already prepared meals and sandwiches, as well as sandwiches made to order. Beach itself was small but quiet, perfect for us, with chairs always available. Some interesting snorkeling along the rocky shore just below the balcony. Would I stay again? Yes!

We had an amazing stay! The property and the area are great. The views from the condo were breathtaking and one of the best restaurant in the island was just steps away from the property. Amy was great and very responsive to our needs. Don't think about it twice and book it!

Had a great family vacation at this condo! It was so convenient to have beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, and even coolers available for use. It saved us from having to lug a bunch of extra luggage with us. The condo is a great size and was comfortable. The beach was great and it was awesome to have use of the resort pool next door! We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved the place, great view. It was a perfect place to stay with kids. Had all amenities, booster seat, pack and play, rails for a bed and beach toys. The walk to the beach and pool was easy especially hauling kids. Amy was great with Instant responses if we needed anything.

This place was exceptional. Beautiful 2-bedroom with plenty of space and a great balcony with a gorgeous view. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Amy was an incredibly responsive host. She answered my many questions within minutes and was very patient with me. I highly recommend the condo and Amy.

Amy was an amazing host with a beautiful condo! The accommodations were perfect for a family of five! The extras that Amy provides such as tips and brochures on the local area for activities and dinning, a magnificently clean place, and her response to questions and request were always very prompt.. she certainly made our experience worth going to St Thomas. Would highly recommend this condo or any condo or service provided by Amy!

We loved this place for our family of 4. Great location, on a quiet and beautiful beach, and the condo had everything we needed. We highly recommend, and Amy is very helpful and responsive.

The property was exactly as described and perfect! We are a family of 4 with two teens and the size of the condo was great. Close proximity to grocery store, good restaurants, beaches and port to go to St John. Groceries are definitely more expensive on the island, example milk is eight dollars gallon but overall prices of restaurants are comparable to the States. We recommend going to St John for the day as well as the Breakaway Boat Tour to the BVI, breathtaking!!!

We stayed at Beachside Escape II at Cowpet Bay East for two weeks in January/February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom condo was perfect and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We had our 1-1/2 year old grandson there one of the weeks, so it was great to have a pack & play and booster seat in the unit for him to use. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also wonderful! We loved spending time on the private beach—nice calm water for little ones to be able play without getting knocked over by waves. The pool was also a great amenity and was never crowded. The condo is in a great location away from the busy cruise ship area but convenient to the town of Red Hook for groceries, restaurants and the ferry to St. John. Amy made everything go smoothly and was so quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. She is definitely the best property manager we have worked with when booking our travel accommodations, and we will definitely contact her if we travel to St Thomas again.

This property has everything you need and is very close to all that Red Hook has to offer. I’ve been to St. Thomas 5 times in the past 6 months for work and I only wish we found this place sooner. Beautiful unit. Fast, thorough communication with a true professional. I would recommend.

This was an amazing condo right on the beach with all the comforts of home. Our family of four stayed here during Spring Break and we couldn't have asked for a better place. We had plenty of room , a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a gorgeous view. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. My favorite part of our stay was having coffee on the balcony every morning:).The view is seriously amazing!

Amy was the best with helping us coordinate activities and recommending restaurants. This is something you don't always get with other rentals and it was such a nice personal touch. Overall, our vacation was fantastic and we would definitely go back and stay here again!!!

I LOVE this condo!! Great location to the beach and restaurants. It has everything you need from cooking utensils, to beach chairs/towels, and bath toiletries, etc. Trash pickup at front door is very convenient, as well as assigned parking. Very close proximity to Red Hook and bars/restaurants. Amy was very helpful in answering our questions and booking excursions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

What a great place ! We are 2 couples that needed a break from our crazy busy lives and this was the perfect place to unwind! The condo is gorgeous, spacious, spotless, and has an amazing view! We wish we were still there ! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in and BBQ'ing, it was great having beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkel gear etc. for our beach hopping days! Washer & dryer, so convenient to have! Truly everything we needed was there! 2 restaurants on property were great , beautiful peaceful beach right outside condo, pool, hot tub, pool bar, awesome ! Booking was easy and the property manager Amy was amazing to work with! She answered our many questions and helped us book some great day trips that we really enjoyed ! Would definitely return !
