New rental at Cowpet Bay with high end furnishings, two very comfortable king beds, and a gorgeous dream kitchen make this condo your Island Dream! Cowpet Bay offers many amenities including a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi, as well as a casual beachside bistro and a finer dining restaurant open nightly. Grab a cold drink at the beach/pool bar and relax the day away! This resort is located close to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences (you can buy a day pass to use their amenities). PLEASE NOTE: NO GUESTS UNDER 18 ALLOWED, primary renter age 25+.

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is open daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!
If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far.
