Caribbean Dream is located at the Elysian Beach Resort, which boasts an awesome outdoor pool with a waterfall grotto and a separate large jacuzzi, two restaurants, a pool/beach bar, beach access, and a tennis court! It is just a short walk over to the beautiful beach dotted with towering palm trees and many beach chairs for your lounging. A great swimming and snorkeling area makes this perfect for everyone, young and old!
Back inside 'Caribbean Dream', the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Take in the gorgeous views from any of the four patios and stargaze on a clear night or sunbathe during the day on the awesome upper deck.
If you don’t feel like cooking, enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro which is open for breakfast & lunch daily (except Sundays) 7 am - 8 pm (pizza only 6 - 8 pm). Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's! The pool/beach bar is open most days to serve you refreshing cold beverages for the beach and/or pool throughout the day.

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.
Island Dream Vacations can assist in planning other aspects of your vacation, including rental car recommendations, coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, dinner reservations and housekeeping services.
PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate is based on 6 guests, additional guests are $35/night per person, maximum of 8 persons. Last minute and extended stay discounts available except on Holiday weeks.
If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3.5% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason other than Major Hurricanes, on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
When you reserve one of our properties, it is not available to anyone else for your dates. If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time outside of sixty (60)* days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far minus a 3.5% processing fee if paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation on or following the date that is sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period (*90 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) unless in case of a Major Hurricane Warning (Category 3 and higher) during travel dates.
Deposit Policy
50% of the total nightly rental rate is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates if your arrival is more than 60 days out. The remaining balance including all fees and taxes is due 60 days from your arrival date (a reminder will be sent to you then). If you book within 60 days of your arrival, 100% of the total amount is due.
The security deposit ($500-$1500 depending on which property) is separate from the rental deposit for any incidentals and will be ran as a pre-authorized hold (not an actual charge) on the credit card on file two days prior to arrival and released within 7 days after departure.
